Grassmarket Community Project


We conducted a full review of software applications in use at Grassmarket Community Project. Working with staff teams to understand how current software is helping and challenging their day to day tasks.

This involved:

  • Speaking to staff members individually to find out the issues and requirements across the organisation
  • Reviewing the current systems in place and researching more appropriate solutions, integrations and training to save time and money for the organisation in the long term
  • Delivering a report detailing our recommendations with costings to support the organisation to work smarter
